Shipping and return policies for Crankinhaus Records

Shipping Info
Crankinhaus Records typically ships via Australia Post. If Australia Post does not ship to your location we will look into an alternative and discuss any changes to the postage and handling fee.

Once your order is dispatched you should receive a confirmation including your tracking number to the email provided. If for some reason you do not this receive please get in touch with us.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.

Typically estimated delivery times are 3-6 business days for orders within Australia and approximately 14 days for international orders, though this may vary.

Please check the shipping date/release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release or re-press. If you change address during this period it is your responsibility to update your order or email change of address to us directly.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Crankionhaus is not responsible for any additional fees.

We have an exchange only return policy.

If your item/s arrive damaged –
We do our best to ship our goods using purpose-made mailers and stiffeners. We take every precaution to ensure goods are well packaged and marked as fragile/handle with care. Please provide a description including a photo. We understand that mail handlers can be rough / packages are left in the sun and records do arrive bent from time to time.

If your item is faulty –
We try our best to ensure our records and CDs are of high quality, however, some issues are unavoidable on our end. Please email us and tell us about the fault so it can be addressed.
